After studying human nutrition at Notre Dame College of Ohio and Winthrop University in South Carolina, she commenced her career with a certification in sports nutrition and personal training. During her tenure at Bally Total Fitness in Charlotte, she catered to the unique fitness requirements of a diverse clientele. Subsequently, she ventured into the weight loss industry and garnered national recognition for her exceptional customer service and success rates while working with LA Weight Loss.
In 2009, Jacqueline relocated to Tampa, Florida and established her own wellness consulting company. Through her organization, she offers a comprehensive approach to personal and professional wellness, which has benefited an assorted range of clients. Her clientele comprises individuals from different backgrounds such as professionals, children, teenagers, participants of the non-profit Wounded Warrior Project, as well as several physical therapy and doctor-prescribed patients.
Her training approach and philosophy revolve around promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She strives to help clients achieve their fitness goals sustainably and effectively. Furthermore, she has collaborated with some of Tampa’s leading medical practitioners to achieve speedy, healthy, and sustainable outcomes. Her expert trainers are passionate about pushing boundaries and challenging you to go beyond your limits in an effort to regain confidence. She believes in offering a personalized approach to fitness instead of the one-size-fits-all approach. Her team uses a combination of 3D body composition testing, nutrition guidance, and accountability coaching to ensure you get the best possible results.

Kayla is a Certified Personal Trainer, Stretch and Flexibility Coach, and Nutritionist. She found a love for the fitness industry through her own personal weight loss journey. It was through this, that she realized she really wanted to help others achieve a healthier version of themselves just like her trainer did for her. Her love and passion for helping others is what her entire career has been built upon.
Her expertise lies in helping clients shed body fat, build lean muscle, move better, feel better, and craft healthier, happier lifestyles. Client progress is tracked systematically with top of the line body scanning technology that gives measurable results. This allows the clients to get optimal results out of their training.
Kayla’s approach is much more than just working out. She works with her clients to build sustainable and healthy lifestyle choices. Through discussions about nutrition, mindset, daily life, and physical health, she is able to create the perfect custom plan for any person to achieve their goals.
Chad is an upbeat and knowledgeable American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer who has over 20 years of experience working with clients. He is also certified in Orthopedic Exercise; Pain-Free Movement; Sports Nutrition; PNF Stretching; and Fascia Bodywork. In addition, he received a BSBA-Finance from the University of Denver.
Helping people overcome life’s challenges and adversities are his real life passions. Chad is adept at channeling his energy and motivation to his clients which allows them to see their inner and outward strength.
Addressing muscle imbalances, preventing injury and improving movement patterns, as well as muscular strength, are a few of his specialties. He understands that his clients have different abilities, needs and goals. Realizing this helps ensure a positive and productive take away for every workout and each individual. Connecting, inspiring, and then transforming people are the three primary components Chad utilizes in achieving results for his clients.
A Charlotte native since 1990, Adam brings a lifetime of experience here to The Fitness Studio. Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the School of Health and Human Performance at East Carolina University, he has made his career as a Health and Fitness Specialist for more than 28 years. After acquiring certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Adam built an extensive background in the improved athletic performance arena. Having worked with recreational, scholastic, and professional athletes from around the world. Top achievers include 18 male and female Olympians (2008, 2012), 4 Olympic Medalist (2008,2012), 2 NFL athletes, 23 college scholarship athletes, and 2 PGA Tour golfers. His true passion is helping people of all ages, genders, and abilities.
As an ASFA – Master Personal Trainer, he has designed programs for Corporate C-Suite executives, workforce employees and their families. (Program designing for stress management, improved quality of life, and better wellbeing.) Implementing lifestyle strategies that reduce the probability of diseases like obesity, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, muscle atrophy, and the loss of functional independence. Understanding that each client is unique, Adam's holistic approach is customized for individuals and groups.
Dr. TL Duff is the owner and operator of Recovery In Motion Physical Therapy. The Fitness Studio and Recovery In Motion have partnered together to offer on-site physical therapy services. Dr. Duff has been providing rehab services in the Charlotte area since 2018. He has spent the majority of his career working with active individuals and athletes of all ages. His expertise ranges from post-surgical rehab to wellness and injury prevention. Dr. Duff has mastered the ability to blend strength and conditioning with physical therapy to allow his patients to remain active during their recovery. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and Trigger Point Dry Needling with specialized training in Athletic emergency response and Blood Flow Restriction Training. Dr. Duff has recently developed a Golf and Tennis Performance Program that is geared toward improving power and decreasing risk of injury.
