During her tenure at Bally Total Fitness in Charlotte, she catered to the unique fitness requirements of a diverse clientele. Subsequently, she ventured into the weight loss industry and garnered national recognition for her exceptional customer service and success rates while working with LA Weight Loss.

Meet the owner Jacqueline Hawkins who established The Fitness Studio for the well-being of the people. The place has become the ultimate destination for a personalized and effective fitness experience. Her training studio is designed to cater to your unique fitness needs and goals with a personalized approach to help you achieve desired results.

In 2009, the owner relocated to Tampa, Florida, and established her own wellness consulting company. Through her organization, she offers a comprehensive approach to personal and professional wellness, which has benefited an assorted range of clients. Her clientele comprises individuals from different backgrounds, such as professionals, children, teenagers, participants of the non-profit Wounded Warrior Project, as well as several physical therapy and doctor-prescribed patients.
Her training approach and philosophy revolve around promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She strives to help my clients achieve their fitness goals sustainably and effectively. Furthermore, she has collaborated with some of Tampa’s leading medical practitioners to achieve speedy, healthy, and sustainable outcomes.
Her expert trainers are passionate about pushing boundaries and challenging you to go beyond your limits to regain confidence. She believes in offering a personalized approach to fitness instead of the one-size-fits-all approach. The team uses a combination of 3D body composition testing, nutrition guidance, and accountability coaching to ensure you get the best possible results.

After studying fitness and nutrition at Notre Dame College of Ohio & Winthrop University in South Carolina, I launched my career as a personal trainer, managing the diverse fitness needs of hundreds of clients through a Charlotte-based Bally Total Fitness. I later pursued my second passion with LA Weight Loss, gaining national accolades for my dedicated customer service and successes in the weightloss industry.
Moving to Tampa, Florida in 2009, I introduced my own wellness consulting company, offering my clients a full-service, integrative approach to personal and professional wellness. I have had the pleasure of improving the lives of a diverse range of clients, from individual professionals, children & teens, participants of the non-profit Wounded Warrior Project, to countless physical therapy and doctor prescribed patients. My philosophy and training methods all center around lifestyle change and incorporating healthy and balanced means to achieve results. I have partnered with some of Tampa’s most respected doctors in achieving quick, healthy, and maintainable results.

I have always been self conscious about my arms, frequently avoiding outfits that would expose them. When I started with Jackie, I had two goals- to tone my arms and to balance my distance running regime with weight training. Jackie helped me reach both goals! I’ve become a stronger runner and now I feel more comfortable wearing those cute halter top dresses! Jackie also is amazing person- so friendly and authentic and genuine!!!
